PROCESSING TIME

The product processing time normally takes about 1-3 business days, depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the store contingent of the individual product. If you have a large order it may take longer. 

SHIPPING TIME

Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipping to the contiguous US. (Delivery Time 8-15 Business Days)

We only ship within the United States and do not deliver to other countries or regions.

Notes:
 
1) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 business days processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
 
2) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

3) If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

EXPEDITED TURN-AROUND TIME

Orders placed before 11 AM (UTC+8) will be dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, and is closed on national holidays. During holiday closures, we work to minimize any potential shipping delays.

 

Asking for forgives for any inconvenience

The shipping time is up to multiple factors, like the destination country, customs, weather, and so on, which is really hard to control. This is what we are working on all the time to make it better and improved.

I haven’t received my order yet – what do I do?

Within 1-2 working days after placing a successfully placed your order, you’ll receive a tracking number from our courier. If you have not received your Tracking Number, please contact us and we will look into this for you immediately.

If you haven’t received your order and you have a tracking number, we urge you to contact your local courier in the first instance. The courier companies will have more accurate information regarding the status of the delivery.

 

 

RETURNS

 

Returns for Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind if the request is submitted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging (including any plastic wrap), and in resalable condition.

Please note:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. You will need to arrange and pay for return shipment.

  • Opened items cannot be accepted.

  • Once your return is received and approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue store credit for future use. You will receive an email confirmation when this is complete.

Warranty Returns
We honor valid warranty claims submitted within 30 days of receiving your item. After we receive the returned item, we will process your claim within 7 days.

Once the warranty claim is approved, you may choose:
(a) Refund to your original payment method
(b) Store credit
(c) A replacement item, subject to availability

 

 

 

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

If an item in your order is currently unavailable, we will hold the entire order until it is back in stock. The items already available will be reserved for you during this waiting period.

Should you prefer to receive the available items sooner, please inform us—we would be glad to arrange a partial shipment for you.

DELIVERY TIME EXCEEDED

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

 

TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS

Within 1-2 business days after your order is placed, our shipping partner will email you a tracking number, which you can use to monitor your package's delivery progress.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If your tracking information isn't updating or appears not to work, please contact us promptly at support@shopdrpen.com. Our team can look into the shipment status directly and provide you with an update.

 

 

DUTIES & TAXES

Sales tax is already included in the displayed price of all items on our website.

For international orders, applicable import duties and taxes are prepaid by us. You will not face any additional charges upon delivery in your country.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are accepted any time prior to dispatch. For orders already shipped, please consult our refund policy.

 

Change of Address

If you need to update the shipping address for an order you've already placed, please get in touch with us promptly. While we’ll try our best to make the change, we cannot guarantee it once your order has entered the shipping process.

To request an address change, please provide the following details:

  • Full name

  • Street address and house number

  • Postal code and city

  • Country

  • Contact phone number

Please note:
If your order is already on its way, you can track its status and—if needed—refuse delivery upon arrival to have it returned. Once the package is back with us, let us know and we’ll arrange redelivery to the new address.
Address changes may result in delivery delays. Dreametech is not responsible for any delays caused by this process.
